Dear F-list,
I know a lot of you are big readers/media enthusiasts, so I was hoping you might have some suggestions for me.
Namely, what are your favorite (or at least good) Arthurian legend retellings. Or books that use King Arthur, Camelot, etc as a springboard to do their own thing?
Suggestions from any medium are encouraged - books, graphic novels, movies, series, etc.

I have been on this Arthurian kick lately like whoa, even to the point of digging up some really old notes for a story I was writing once upon a time that was a non-traditional prequel of sorts to the traditional legends. Now I really want to do something with it. XD

Many thanks,
Ry

In other news, work today was crazy (as it was my first day back and the new computer systems had been installed in my absence!).

Ah! Sorry I can't help you out there... the only type of historical fiction I've ever been into reading revolves around The Battle of Hastings, the War of the Roses. And vikings. /strange

Hectic work? Sounds like (eventual) fun!

It's funny - I'm never quite sure whether to put Arthurian stories into the "historical" category or the "myth" category. They're kind of a blend at this point, I think. XD

Haha!! Yeah, I think I've reached a point where if it's based in the past, it's basically become history for me (regardless of whether it actually happened or not X3) *pats brain cells*
