As for the fic, it's good but....kinda lacking? I don't know how else to describe it but some more detail would have been nice. We know a decent basis for Aedan but almost nothing about Cormac except a few facts and we have few character description details to go with, especially for Aedan. Plus the fight scene with the barbarians felt lacking as well. Maybe an extra detail sentence or two?
